Gary Raines slammed Heinrich Siemens for allowing his son, Ricky, 13, to drive a truck that slammed into a bus, killing his daughter, Karisa, 21. Siemens, his son, Karisa and five of her golfing teammates and their coach at University of the Southwest all died in Tuesday's crash. Siemens was facing criminal charges at the time of his death.
