Are Aaron Jones and A.J. Dillon both viable RB1s?
Knowledge is power and the greatest asset you can acquire in order to compete for a fantasy football championship.2022 Fantasy MVP:I expect Jones’ usage in the pass game to improve overall — his target share was already impressive — especially in the red zone with Davante Adams out of the picture. He’s already produced RB2, RB5 and RB11 seasons the past three years with Per 17 Games averages of 1,589 total yards, 56 receptions and 15 touchdowns.
I believe Dillon is capable of repeating last season’s performance — 1,116 total yards, 34 receptions and seven touchdowns — which was good enough for RB21 in standard formats . There’s even potential to add to it considering he and Jones are the two best players on this offense who haven’t won four MVP awards. I draw the line at drafting Dillon anticipating he’ll supplant Jones as the top option in this backfield without an injury. That won’t happen.
