Netflix has given a pretty big spoiler about what will take place in the final series of The Crown
Netflix has announced that the final season of The Crown will be coming to our screen soon but fans are not ready. The show, which portrays a fictionalised version of the real-life events surrounding the Royal Family, has been a hit since it first aired in 2016.
The sixth series will be The Crown's last and Netflix has taken to Twitter to tease the final series. In a post, Netflix said: "After six seasons, seven years and three casts, @TheCrownNetflix comes to an end later this year. We’ll be back with more soon, but here’s a hint at what’s to come in our final season."The post included a picture of a hymn book lying in a church.
"I’m gutted to say goodbye. Emotionally not prepared. But also ready. All I will say - is I hope Peter Morgan really is considering that prequel so that we can see even more history from previous reigning monarchs."
