A company called ‘High Court Enforcement Bailiffs’ is sending threatening letters to families, but when i visited the company’s offices it was told no firm existed at that address 🔴 Exclusive from luciemheath

Operating under the name “High Court Enforcement Bailiffs”, the fraudsters are posing as debt collectors and sending out letters and emails urging them to pay more than £600 in parking fines to avoid having their assets seized.visited the address of the central London offices listed on the letters, our reporter was told no such company existed at that address.

Lovepreet Saini recently received a letter from one of these companies, which referred to itself as “High Court Enforcement Bailiffs”. The receptionist said at least five people have visited the office in recent months trying to find the company, including one person who had given over their bank details.also made attempts to contact “High Court Enforcement Bailiffs” via the phone number and email listed on their website, but received no response.CIVEA said it has received 26 reports of parking-related fraud since the start of the year connected to a number of different company names.

However, new regulations are set to come into force next year forcing banks to reimburse those who fall victim to this type of crime.
