The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists on US 70 near College Avenue in Thatcher to expect lane restrictions and possible delays starting Monday, May 16, while crews replace a culvert that crosses the highway.The work is expected to take up to one month. Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
