A former leader of a prominent Texas anti-abortion group was arrested earlier this month on a charge of online solicitation of a minor.
“This investigation revolves around a fictitious alleged minor created by law enforcement and posted on the Internet,” Bond told the outlet. “There is not a real victim in the case.”Bowen was arrested on the scene, meaning he was taken into custody after communicating online with an undercover officer posing as a minor.
