Former Emmerdale star Gemma Atkinson had to laugh off her daughter's post-birth comments following the arrival of her second child.
Gemma, who played the role of Carly Hope for two years, recently gave birth to a baby boy. The actress and Hits Radio host announced the arrival of her new baby by sharing the same post as fiance and Strictly dancer Gorka Marquez did to Instagram on Wednesday.Read more: Reeling Emmerdale viewers ‘emotional’ after sudden exit as Arthur heartbroken
"Mia is already the mother hen we expected her to be," added Gemma with a crying laughing emoji. We’re all home together soaking up this lovely little bubble before Gorks has to leave for Strictly rehearsals next week."The couple are yet to reveal the name of daughter Mia's baby brother, reports The Manchester Evening News. But they did share how their daughter had made some comments about her mummy following the birth.
Writing on Instagram, Gemma said: "Mia just sat me down, looked me in the eye with that deep in thought look and said, 'Mummy, why does your tummy still look like it has a baby in it even though my brother is out?'" Gemma didn't add her response but did share a string of crying laughing emojis and a GIF which said: "Thank you".
