The Heckington Show returns for the 155th time this weekend, as England’s largest village show prepares to attract thousands of visitors to Lincolnshire once more.
This year’s event promises an exciting schedule of events, running on Saturday, July 29 and Sunday, July 30.You can expect a range of sporting events, from cycling races and youth athletics competitions, to show jumping and the popular ten mile road race. Heckington Show’s heritage area is always a lively space, with live action demonstrations and displays taking you back in time, traditional crafts offering up quirky new activities and marquees celebrating Lincolnshire’s proud history.Agricultural buffs are also invited to check out the vintage machinery on display at the show, including large tractors, steam powered saw mills and classic threshing machines.
Gates will again open at 9am on the Sunday, closing at 5.30pm to round off another weekend of the Heckington Show.The map of the show ground for the Heckington Show.
