An Everett man was sentenced to six years in prison for cyberstalking and harassing his ex-wife for three straight years, with a goal of making her life so miserable she would take her own life.

Records filed in this case indicate that Crawford had repeatedly violated restraining orders by sending his victim threatening text messages, emails, social media messages and phone calls. He would also send these messages to the victim’s parents, coworkers, siblings and court-mandated professionals.
According to the DOJ, Crawford’s harassment included posting intimate photos of the victim onto a website and sharing private information about the victim to others.
