If you look to the skies in the next few days and wait it out, you could see something quite spectacular, and bonus points if you're an avid photographer who can snap away to capture some pretty stunning pictures.
At its peak, they can produce up to 50 meteors per hour, but here in the Northern Hemisphere, we’re likely to see about 30 per hour. Halley's Comet was last seen from our planet in 1986 and won't be visible again until the middle of 2061. So we have a little while yet before we can see that comet.
