Other than a slight chance of overnight Wednesday rain and snow showers, the rest of the week will be sunny and warmer than the midstate has seen lately, forecasters said.
Thursday will be partly sunny with highs in the mid 40s, forecasters said. Friday and Saturday are both expected to peak near 50. Snow is possible — but not likely — Saturday night as temperatures dip back into the 30s, forecasters said. Early forecasts for next week call for highs hovering at or just below freezing, with lows in the teens.Cloudy, with a low around 34.
