BORIS JOHNSON is reported to have ignored advice to temporarily suspend green taxes last month - a move that could have eased the cost of living for millions.
In the UK, so-called “green levies” are part of the “environmental and social obligation costs” paid by consumers via large energy suppliers to fund various energy policies.
