Emmerdale writer Sharon Marshall has revealed that the ITV soap considered keeping murderer Meena Jutla on screen ahead of the character's "satisfying ending".
To which Sharon then admitted: "Yeah, I was just telling you this. We do look at serial killers and go: 'Is there a way to keep them in? Can people get away with it?' It comes after Sharon promised a "satisfying end" for murderer Meena on the hit ITV soap as the evil character takes the stand at a tense hearing in upcoming scenes.
