He says he still has messages he can't read after appearing in the show 😢

Actor Danny Miller has opened up about how he struggled after taking part in I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!.

At the time, fans were surprised Danny decided to take part in the show, just three weeks after the birth of his son Albert. However, the 31-year-old said his motivation was to financially set up his baby boy for the future.During today's episode of Good Morning Britain, Danny revealed he really struggled after leaving the camp. To him, the stark contrast from being isolated to being back in the "real world" was quite a lot to process.

"I really struggled with it because it was hard...you didn't have to worry about anything, because you didn't have any phones, you had no stresses, no worries, no anxieties and suddenly you got out and someone goes 'oh, well done for winning, here's your phone back'. There are still messages I haven't read because it's quite overwhelming."

Danny said: "He texted me yesterday, saying 'how are you doing, crumpet'. He didn't know what a crumpet was, so I introduced him to Marmite, butter and a crumpet - if you never had it, you need to have it."
