Emmerdale’s murderer Meena Jutla finds support in an unexpected ally as she prepares to take to the stand in the ITV soap
Emmerdale viewers have been counting down the days until Meena Jutla takes to the stand in court as she’s finally tried for murder.
It’s obvious that they’ve taken a shine to the unhinged former nurse when they hand her a chocolate bar in secret that she’s not meant to have. And when Meena sees she is on the front page and dominating the headlines, she’s noticeably excited, thinking that the whole world now knows her name. This comes after it was revealed that Meena’s sister Manpreet Sharma will have a huge change of heart and decide to testify against her sibling.
Knowing that she is the star witness that the prosecution’s evidence could hinge on, she promises to do the best she can so that Meena will pay for her crimes.
