It came as Mack was confronted as he proposed to Chloe again despite still being married to Charity Dingle
Emmerdale fans have been left divided over 'hypocrite' Chas Dingle as she wasted no time in confronting Mackenzie Boyd over his decision to propose to Chloe Harris - while still married to Charity Dingle. Earlier this week in the ITV soap, viewers saw Mack and Chloe get engaged amid suspicions that she's expecting their second child.
They later headed out to celebrate but Chloe made a hasty exit after starting her period, ending her excitement that she was expecting again and leaving her worrying that Mack no longer will want to marry her. But Mack dispelled her concerns during Wednesday night's trip to the Dales . Confronting Mack, she said: "How do you think [Charity] is going to take this news? How do you think she's going to feel about it?" Mack argued that it was time for Charity to "move on" before Chas reminded him that their fling was only "the other week".
And following Chas' own infedelity dominiting the Dales last year and earlier this year, Emmerdale fans were divided over whether Chas was right to confront Mack. @Reeceyboy2591 tweeted: "Chas the biggest hypocrite, #Emmerdale." @penniless_poet echoed: "Chas being a sanctimonious hypocrite - figures #Emmerdale."
