EastEnders' Kim star Tameka Empson's life - from iconic film to secret pregnancy
Since joining the cast of EastEnders back in 2009, Tameka Empson has been at the centre of some dramatic storylines on Albert Square - especially over recent months.
After Kim spent some time in jail due to her involvement in the crash, it has only been following her release that she has been able to open up about her mental health struggles and viewers look set to watch her journey continue. Away from EastEnders, 46 year old Tameka has found success throughout the world of acting, both on stage and on screen.
Elsewhere, Tameka was part of the original cast for the musical Our House in 2002 and has performed as part of the Hackney Empire's Christmas pantomime on multiple occasions.
