EastEnders' Danny Dyer reveals he's lost 7lbs but brands exercise as 'b******s'
Actor Danny Dyer has revealed that he's managed to shed 7lbs, despite not using his state-of-the-art gym.
Discussing his decision to try intermittent fasting and yoga, Danny branded exercise as "b******s", revealing that he's managed to shed 7lbs without the use of any gym equipment. “There’s a place called the Toby Carvery and you have to queue up for a roast… I’ve got a platinum card!” He said: "I’m a grandfather… he’s beautiful, he’s such a lovely little boy. She’s [daughter Dani] pregnant again with twins. Identical girls.
