Former This Morning presenter Eamonn Holmes has penned a heartfelt tribute to his late mum who would have turned 94 tomorrow, 4 December, two weeks on from her passing
Eamonn Holmes has taken to Instagram to pay tribute to his late mum Josie, who passed away last month.As the 66 year old celebrates his first birthday without his mum, Eamonn shared a snap of him alongside her to social media, where he insisted that they’ll “always be joined at the hip”.
“What a lovely picture and always together with her at this time E,” added Carol Vorderman, while Loose Women’s Denise Welch noted that their late mums share the same birthday.Dozens of other people also took the time to wish Eamonn a happy 63rd birthday. Eamonn announced the news of his mum’s death on 18th November as he heartbreakingly shared that Josie was now reunited with his late father.
Eamonn continued: "We loved and will miss her so much. Every time I visited her she came to the door to bless me with Holy Water and Wave goodbye."Josie was laid to rest a few days later, with Eamonn going on to thank people for their kind messages.
