The 21-year-old was arrested and taken to Clydebank police station.
A taxi driver told cops that they were unable to take Danielle McGirr home due to her intoxicated state, after dropping her at Clydebank police station on November 19 last year.
In a different incident months prior, McGirr and a friend were drinking at her former home on Stewart Street on the morning of July 26 last year. Whilst being searched officers found a small bag of cocaine hidden under her clothing. Phil Lafferty, defending, said:"They are serious offences. She has very little memory because of the state of intoxication. Whilst that is not an excuse at all, it is very much a theme in the [social work] report.
