Work will soon begin to repair the damaged carriageway
A BUSY Bishopbriggs road is set to close over the weekend to allow for resurfacing works.
Motorists are being asked to use alternative routes to avoid Glendale Avenue at its junction at the B812 Auchinairn Road to allow essential repairs to be carried out. Work to replace parts of the damaged carriageway will start on Friday, March 3 at 9.30am and is expected to last until Monday, March 6 at 6pm.Residents requiring access will be permitted when safe to do so.
