The driver involved in the triple-fatal Logan canyon crash yesterday was arrested for DUI and has been arrested for DUI multiple times within the last ten years. However, fault has yet to be determined.

Romrell was booked into jail on multiple offenses including driving under the influence and three counts of negligently operating a vehicle resulting in death.
