Police say a man was badly wounded during a road rage shooting Friday night in West Philadelphia.
According to investigators, two feuding drivers stopped at a red light at the intersection of 54th and Vine streets just before 5:30 p.m. when the tailing driver got out of his car.
That's when the other driver, who police said is licensed to carry a firearm, got out and shot the man multiple times. He was hit twice in the head and one time in the neck and back.
