The MPA rating for A24's Dream Scenario movie starring Nicolas Cage and Michael Cera has officially been revealed.
The film will be led by Oscar winner
as Paul Matthews, a professor who becomes famous after appearing in everyone’s dreams. This marks Cage’s first project with A24 and producer Ari Aster.“A hapless family man Paul Matthews finds his life turned upside down when millions of strangers suddenly start seeing him in their dreams,” the official synopsis reads. “But when his nighttime appearances take a nightmarish turn, Paul is forced to navigate his newfound stardom.
Dream Scenario is written and directed by Kristoffer Borgli . Joining Cage are Julianne Nicholson , Michael Cera , Tim Meadows , Dylan Gelula , Dylan Baker , Kate Berlant , Noah Centineo , Nicholas Braun , and Amber Midthunder . The film is also produced by Cage, Lars Knudsen, Tyler Campellone, and Jacob Jaffke. It had its premiere earlier this month at the Toronto International Film Festival, where it received positive reviews from critics.Maggie Dela Paz has been writing about the movie and TV industry for more than four years now.
