Jade McCabe hopes her appeal will help identify the thug.
The thug set about Jade McCabe as she exercised three dogs in a Lanarkshire field last week.
"Before I knew it, two of my dogs had approached the couple and their dog. The man instantly kicked one of my dogs in the face. I called him out, but he denied it. Then he dropped his dog's lead and squared up to me." Jade, who boards exotic animals and walks dogs for a living, said the frenzied assault caused her to suffer a panic attack. She added: "I had a panic attack at home after speaking to the police about what happened."
