DFW one of the worst places in the the country when it comes to allegeries
Largely because DFW is the second worst metro location when it comes to allergies, only Wichita Kansas is worse according to the 2023 Allergy Capitals report.
Tree, grass and weed pollen are high as are over the counter sales of medications to treat allergies. Tree pollen peaks in March and April, and that's why so many people are feeling the effects now. Other than meds, there's a few things you can do to help yourself. Stay indoors on windy days if possible, wash your clothes and hair after you've been outside a while, use HEPA filters at home, and flush your sinuses with a nasal rinse daily.
