After the defeat in the last two election cycles, I wrote the Dem county chairs to see if there were any “lessons learned” sessions to be held. No response. I suspect that Democrats do not build on information from last election cycles but rather start “rebuilding the wheel.” What a waste. There are only three months until the election.
