Colin Allred raised around $4.7 million during the third quarter of this year in his efforts to defeat Sen. Ted Cruz , who pulled in $3.1 million. In Florida, former Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell narrowly outraised Sen. Rick Scott , bringing in $1.7 million and $1.6 million, respectively. Scott, however, outweighs Mucarsel-Powell with more cash on hand.
