Lovato made sure to clarify that she's grateful for the opportunities her Disney era brought, adding that she wishes she had more downtime, especially to commit to her mental health and personal life. But now, she says,"I finally feel free," and commented on how some of her more recent friendships have helped her pull through -- including her relationship with“I love the fact that Ariana and I have such a supportive friendship because it’s hard to find," Lovato added.
