Sanders shared a video of him talking things over with his team of doctors.

Coach Deion Sanders of the Colorado Buffaloes watches as his team warms up prior to their spring game at Folsom Field on April 22, 2023, in Boulder, Colorado. Deion Sanders is preparing for his first season as the head coach of the Colorado Buffalos as he deals with a serious health issue.

In fact, the Hall of Fame speedster said that doctors have told hm it could even end up costing him a foot. Sanders’ issue with the foot came to light last season while he was at Jackson State and had to have two toes amputated. He posted an update this week to Instagram and it is concerning. “As you know, I’ve faced some medical issues with my foot, but I’ve never said ‘WHY ME,’” he wrote. “I keep moving forward, progressing … See you never know what a person may be going through while I sit in your seat of judgement but you can trust and believe that we are all going through something — just keep the faith and know that if He brought you to it, He will bring you through it … I’m Coach Prime and I’m built for this.
