Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a scene Sunday night after a dead body was found in a suitcase.A decomposing body, stuffed into a suitcase, was discovered Sunday night by a couple walking their dog, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
The couple had been walking in the 22800 block of Imperial Valley in North Houston around 8:30 p.m. when they came across what they believed to be a dead body. The couple flagged down deputies from the sheriff’s office to tell them,“Due to the advanced state of decomposition of the body, we’re not even sure right now whether it's male or female, can't really give a description on age or anything like that,” Brown said.
As of early Monday, Brown said the sheriff’s office had been waiting for medical examiners to examine the body to reveal more information.
