The suspect, Tanner Horner, was indicted on a capital murder charge as well as an aggravated kidnapping charge. An Amber Alert was triggered, and on Dec. 2, Athena’s body was found near the town of Boyd, about 6 miles southeast of Paradise, a town of about 475 people.
