Dave Chappelle took aim at"observably stupid" Herschel Walker and made some controversial remarks of his own while addressing Kanye West's recent anti-Semitic remarks during his Saturday Night Live opening monologue.
“I don’t think Kanye is crazy, he’s possibly not well. I’ve been to Hollywood, this is just what I saw. It’s a lot of Jews. Like a lot. There’s a lot of Black people in Ferguson, Missouri — doesn’t mean they run the place," Chappelle explained."You might go out in Hollywood and you might start connecting some kind of lines and you might adopt the delusion that Jews run show business. It’s not a crazy thing to think but it’s a crazy thing to say out loud.
Addressing politics and the midterm elections, Chappelle said that the candidate that concerned him the most was Republican Herschel Walker, who is running to unseat incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock . The comedian said he didn't"want to speak badly of" Walker"because he's black, but I have to admit, he's observably stupid."
He also took aim at former President Donald Trump and his legal woes over his handling of classified materials after leaving office.
