Developers have purchased more than 100 acres in Lancaster for a new data center project.
Dallas' Bandera Ventures and Skybox Datacenters are planning a new data center campus south of Dallas.Developers have acquired a more than 100-acre building site in Lancaster with plans to build a major technology complex.bought the property at South Dallas Avenue and Old Red Oak Road, east of Interstate 35E. The purchase for the Lancaster Data Center Campus property signals the latest data center project headed to southern Dallas County.
