A few showers will keep us feeling damp and brisk winds will keep us feeling below average.
A few light showers linger into the night, if you plan to see Christmas lights with the family. Temperatures only fall to 50.Wednesday will feel very much like today with isolated showers and cloudy skies with temperatures in the low 60s.
Our next front arrives early on Friday. Ahead of it we’ll be mild on Thursday, near 70 degrees, with an isolated shower. Then the bottom drops out for the long Christmas weekend. It’ll turn partly sunny and windy on Friday with temperatures that cool in the afternoon. Overnight lows fall to near freezing early on Christmas Eve and we only climb to the mid-40s in the afternoon. It’ll be mostly sunny at least.
We stay much colder than average for Christmas Day. Temperatures only climb to the mid-40s under a sunny sky. Mild the next few mornings before temperatures plummet behind a strong cold front. We have several consecutive mornings below freezing starting Saturday.
