Trova Wine + Market in Dallas offers a selection of hard-to-find wines paired with charcuterie and other bites.“We are overjoyed to be acknowledged as one of’s Top 50 American Restaurants,” said founder Michelle Bonds in a press release. “At Trova, our goal is to create a remarkable dining experience where guests can savor delicious charcuterie and dishes, discover new wines, and feel the warmth of our cozy neighborhood ambiance.
Trova’s lead sommelier is Andrew Nava, followed by Brien Dugan, and Stephanie Vivino is the executive chef who previously worked at Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York. Trova’s wine selection is known for smaller-production offerings and wines off the beaten path, including a hefty selection of fortified and dessert wines. Trova also carries an array of beers, ciders and non-alcoholic options like coffee.And in addition to charcuterie like duck prosciutto, elk salami, and pork cheek and rabbit terrine, Trova’s food menu offers small plates, sandwiches and salads.
