re-signed forward Fredrik Karlström to a one-year, two-way contract on Tuesday, the team announced.

Karlström, 25, appeared in five games with Dallas in 2022-23, all during the regular season. The 6-3, 200-pound forward has no goals and one assist in eight career NHL games. Karlström was selected by Dallas in the third round of the 2016 NHL draft. He has 55 points in 112 regular season games with the Texas Stars , Dallas’ development affiliate in the American Hockey League.
