“Earlier today, I saw a price surge of $25 in the Trinity Groves area of Dallas. That never happens!” he said. He also said a lot of Texans unfamiliar with driving on frozen streets don’t know the dangers of braking while on ice. During the short ride, the man shared he’d been called into work because of a surgery being performed on a child that evening.“I could tell it was one of those urgent situations,” said Masters. “I was glad I was just able to be of service as an Uber driver to help someone get to their job, especially when it’s that of an essential worker.”“Earlier today I saw a price surge of $25 in the Trinity Groves area of Dallas, that never happens!” he said.
He also said a lot of Texans unfamiliar with driving on frozen streets don’t know the dangers of braking while on ice.
