DaBaby is incensed at cops in Charlotte, North Carolina ... saying they were up to no good when they swarmed his car and busted him for weed.
-- According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, when DaBaby arrived for the concert officers smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from his vehicle and observed marijuana in plain view inside. They decided they would speak with him after the concert.
They claim after the show he refused to speak with officers and walked away, which is why he was detained while they searched his vehicle. Officers found less than one-half ounce of marijuana inside. Initially, he was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and resisting. After transporting him, officers decided they would issue him two citations instead.

The rapper clearly was not having it, because he was cited not just for weed possession but also for resisting an officer.
