Deaf Canadian comedian, who's performed on 'Conan' and 'The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon' is back on the road with a stop in San Diego's Mic Drop Comedy
On a recent Friday, before boarding a plane for Bristol, Tenn., he took some time to answer some questions via email about his work and an upcoming show at Mic Drop Comedy on Feb. 5.I just headlined Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club in Vegas, which is an amazing club. I performed with Brad Garrett himself, which made the week even more fun. It’s a cliché, but it truly felt like a drug. I wore a fedora and the emcee ripped into it for a few minutes after I got offstage. Scarred me from wearing a fedora again for 10 years. I still look around for him when I put one on.During the shutdown, I started making funny shorts just to fill the comedy void in my heart. Then once stand-up resumed, I stopped making the videos. It highlighted for me that I just always need to be making funny stuff in one form or another.
