A crowd gathered in George Square last night to celebrate Nicola Sturgeon's resignation with a conga line.
Hundreds of Unionists gathered in the city centre following the Glasgow Southside MSP's shock announcement yesterday morning that she would step down as First Minister after eight years.It is reported those celebrating drank champagne, took part in a"massive" conga line around the square and waved Union Jacks.
Some pro-union demonstrators are performing the conga in George Square, Glasgow, chanting “conga, conga, conga, Nicola’s no longer”
