GENEVA/LONDON - The epidemic of COVID-19 coronavirus infection spreading around the world can be contained and controlled, the World Health Organization said on Thursday, but only with a concerted response by all governments.

“I also agree that the situation could be worse than what we have now, and it could be at pandemic level.
