The two women accused the married star of sexual assault earlier this year.
The woman claims that after that night, she and Allen exchanged texts and FaceTime calls daily, and that the singer told her that he loved her while claiming he was separated from his wife. She claims that in July of 2022, Allen invited her to meet him in Las Vegas. She said she was told she would have her own hotel room. She said that during the evening she, Allen and Hurd went to the singer’s suite. She claims that Hurd then left the room.
The woman claims that when she got up to leave and go get a Plan B pill, a light came on and she noticed that the singer had set up a phone to record the incident. She claims she deleted the video, but couldn’t delete it from the “recently deleted” folder without Allen’s password.
“This situation has caused me great humiliation, and I felt it was necessary to seek professional help,” he told Fox. “For years, I have dealt with racism and harmful threats solely because I am a Black man in the country music industry, and this situation has only amplified that. As the son and brother of rape victims, and the father of daughters, these false claims are extremely hurtful to me and everyone around me.
