Officers are growing concerned for Andrew Hamilton, 58, who was last seen leaving his home in Armadale, West Lothian, at around 5 or 6pm on Wednesday, May 31.
Andrew is described as male, white, 6ft tall, slim build, with short grey hair and a fair complexion and local accent. When Andrew was last seen, he was wearing a t-shirt, blue denim shorts with a ripped design to the front, black Puma trainers, and he is also known to wear black-rimmed glasses.
