‘P.T. Musk’ That’s the nickname CNBC’s “Mad Money” host Jim Cramer, who some might describe as a bit of a carnival barker in his own right, recently bestowed upon Tesla TSLA, +0.91% chief executive Elon Musk.
Barnum, of course, was the colorful promoter behind what would become the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. He’s also credited, perhaps incorrectly, as the man who said “there’s a sucker born every minute,” which would only fuel the Musk comparison in the eyes of Tesla critics.
