Koch, with his younger brother Matt caddying for him, made the cut in rather unusual and stressful circumstances. Greg Koch grew up in Orlando and is the head of instruction 10 miles away from Bay Hill at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes.That is what he had to sleep on Friday night.
