Benchmark U.S. crude oil for November delivery fell $1.03 to $86.66 a barrel Monday. Brent crude for December delivery fell $1.24 to $89.65 a barrel. Wholesale gasoline for November delivery was unchanged at $2.27 a gallon. November heating oil fell 6 cents to $3.15 a gallon. November natural gas fell 13 cents to $3.11 per 1,000 cubic feet.
