CLEVELAND — A spokesperson for the Cleveland Division of Police confirmed a Cleveland Housing Court bailiff shot a man on Cleveland's West Side Thursday.Cleveland police spokesperson confirms @CleHousingCourt baliff shot a man on West 96th near Madison.
