According to the L.A. Housing Department, Angelenos must be eligible under the following requirements: One or ore more individuals within the household have experienced a loss of employment, reduction in household income, incurred significant costs, or experienced other financial hardship between March 2020 to present;The current household income is at or below 80% of the area medium income.Sign up for NBC LA newsletters.
