Enjoyed these enough on first pass that we will try them again. Expect more"fluffy buttermilk-laced buns of recipe's description than perhaps cinnamon roll that photo might lead to expect. We appreciated that these were not overly sweet. We used Date Molasses rather than make date puree from scratch. Worked well and we rubbed cinnamon into the brown sugar to sprinkle cinnamon evenly over before rolling. 40"ish" minutes in total baking time did it. Don't skip the glaze.
